FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question 1

How does payment and collection work?

Accepted Answer

Choose your fireworks online, add them to your basket and select either Bathgate or Falkirk as your preferred collection store. You can then select your preferred collection date.

You can either pay 25% online to reserve your order and pay the remaining balance when collecting, or choose to pay for your order in full online.

A member of our team will contact you after your order is placed to confirm your order and collection arrangements.

Question 2

Checkout has asked me to pay 25%. What is this for?

Accepted Answer

The 25% payment is your reservation deposit and secures your order for collection. It represents 25% of your total order value. The remaining 75% must be paid when you collect your fireworks from your selected store.

Question 3

Can I pay for my entire basket online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can choose to pay your order in full online rather than paying the 25% reservation deposit. Our Pay in Full / Click & Collect option can also make collection quicker because there is no remaining balance to pay when you arrive. Customers who pay for their order in full may also be eligible for a FREE small rocket pack. Terms apply and the offer is subject to availability while stocks last.

Question 4

Do you take card payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept cash and card in store. If you are reserving fireworks online, the initial 25% reservation deposit must be paid online. The remaining balance can then be paid by cash or card when you collect. Alternatively, you can pay the entire order online.

Can I add something to an order I've already placed?

Accepted Answer
